This privacy policy applies only to the showcase site zatis.cm (presenting Zatis, getting in touch and requesting a demo).

It does not cover use of the Zatis application itself by vehicle inspection centres and their customers (accessible via the *.zatis.cm subdomains): each centre is responsible for processing its own customers' data as part of its own operations, under its own terms.

The controller for data collected on this site is the publisher mentioned in the legal notice, reachable at contact@zatis.cm.

3. Data collected

The Site only collects the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form:

• full name;
• email address;
• phone number (optional);
• centre or company name (optional);
• the content of your message.

The Site does not set any tracking or audience-measurement cookies and does not collect any browsing data for advertising purposes.

4. Purposes of processing

This data is used exclusively to:

• respond to your contact or demo request;
• discuss your project or your centre's migration to Zatis with you.

It is not used for any unsolicited commercial prospecting nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, expressed by submitting the contact form, as well as on the publisher's legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to it.

6. Data recipients

Information submitted via the form is sent by email to the Zatis team in charge of customer relations. It is not shared with any third party, except for technical providers strictly necessary to deliver that email (email service provider).

7. Retention period

Data submitted via the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then for a reasonable period to support the follow-up of the business relationship, before being securely deleted or archived.

8. Security

The contact form is protected against automated and forged submissions. Exchanges with the Site are secured via the HTTPS protocol.

9. Your rights

In accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete data concerning you.
